Nerude Laghubitta Bikas Bank Ltd. has launched tablet banking system, with this tablet banking system they can now provide banking facility to its customers from remote locations using tablet and other associated accessories even if there is no internet connection. The system will further help their staff to do the regular transactions like collection, withdraw, loan repayment, provide statement and file a loan demand, update KYC, update member photo & signature etc. with the help of tablets or other thin client devices.

Apart from banking and financial services, Mfin plus mobile banking has Nepali Text to Speech (TTS) engine which can read the notification and inquiry messages in both Nepali and English Voice. By using this feature Sahara Nepal has targeted to increase the accessibility of the financial services even to the people who can’t read textual notification.

For the first time in the history of Nepali Micro finance, Muktinath bikas bank has launched mobile banking facility to its micro finance members. This app provides easy to use user interface, using which a client can quickly activate micro-banking services in his/her Smartphone. A client can easily inquire for next meeting date, amount needed to be paid on upcoming meetings, balance in his/her respective savings/loan accounts & fund make transfers.
